Dan Hamre, 62, formerly of La Grande, died Aug. 6, 2022. A brief service with military honors will be held Sept. 2 at 11 a.m. at the Idaho State Veterans Cemetery, 10100 N. Horseshoe Bend Road, Boise, followed by a memorial gathering from noon to 3 p.m. at VFW Capitol City Post 63, 8931 W. Ardene St., Boise.
