LA GRANDE — Oregon Trail Electric Cooperative reported power outages in La Grande were restored around 11:35 a.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 14.

The outage was first reported around 11:05 a.m., according to the cooperative.

According to OTEC, more than 850 members in the La Grande District were affected. The cause of the outage has not been determined.
