George Daniel Altenburg, 71, of Cove, died Sept. 27 at Grande Ronde Hospital. A viewing will be held from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. Oct. 3 at Loveland Funeral Chapel. A funeral service will begin at 2 p.m. Oct. 4 at the Cove Calvary Baptist Church. An obituary will be published at a later date. Loveland Funeral Chapel & Crematory is handling the arrangements.
