LA GRANDE — Virginia McLaughlin, of Island City, will celebrate her 100th birthday with a special lunch at noon Saturday, Feb. 1, at the Union County Senior Center, 1504 N. Albany St., La Grande. Her friends are invited to enjoy the catered lunch.
