Oregon Trail Electric Cooperative holding community food drive

NORTHEASTERN OREGON — Oregon Trail Electric Cooperative is putting on a community food drive to help fight hunger during the upcoming holiday season.

OTEC member-owners can drop off any nonperishable food items until Monday, Nov. 14, at any of the cooperative’s four offices, located in Baker City, Burns, John Day and La Grande.

All food will be donated to local food shelters across the cooperative’s service territory to support local community members in need before Thanksgiving.
