LA GRANDE — A pair of La Grande-based Banner Bank employees were selected to receive the Banner’s Best award.

Representing the highest level of recognition within the company, the award celebrates Banner’s top performing employees.

The employees — Ryan Hildebrandt, senior vice president, Community Banking Division Manager, Blue Mountain Division, and Tim Markham, vice president, La Grande branch manager — received the award for surpassing their individual professional goals, demonstrating excellence within their respective professions and consistently delivering outstanding service to the bank’s clients, communities and their colleagues.

Less than 4% of all Banner Bank employees receive the award, and recipients are selected by members of executive leadership.
